For the last six-teen years Isaac has been completely dedicated to using his influence for ever growing meaningful impact.  He’s a voracious student of leadership which has led to tremendous progress in all aspects of his life and profound impact on thousands of people and organizations.

What it takes to lead has dramatically changed from just five years ago and Isaac has a unique understanding of the kind of leadership needed to thrive in the New Economy.

He has vast experience developing leaders, teams and engaging audiences with his thought provoking messages.  He founded Choose Growth to further his passion for helping leaders and companies make their highest contributions to the world around them.

Isaac serves as President of Wired Success which provides a revolutionary technology that accurately enables companies to only interview Top Performing candidates and position their people to thrive in their roles.

He is the Co-Founder and  CEO of a successful tech-startup called Throwing Boulders where he enjoys participating in the creative process designing subscription based web communication solutions that clients love to use.

Isaac’s personal life is busy raising his six children with his wife Angie Tolpin. Together they are equipping their children to make an impact for Christ.

Together they have been coaching married couples for over a decade.  They have unique and highly effective strategies for being committed purposeful parents, thriving in their marriage while building successful businesses.  It’s this knowledge and experience that they teach during their Executive Marriage Seminars.

Angie is a purposeful mom who challenges, encourages and inspires others to not just raise their children but to do it well and with the purpose of Leaving a Legacy.

Out of their strong desire to make sure their children understand hard work, delayed gratification and family team work they planted and are cultivating Damascus Vineyards.  A small organic vineyard with Pinot Noir and Riesling vines next to their home in Damascus Oregon.
